This packets contains vital information about the camp you are registered for. Please read through the appropriate information packet prior to attending your registered session
MEDICAL FORM PACKET
This packet is for all registered campers in our day camps and overnight camps. It contains the required medical forms needed prior to camp starting. Also included are sample medical forms you can review to make sure everything has been filled out properly
Cancellation / Refund Policy
The cancellation and refund policy for Texas Beach Volleyball Camps is outlined below.
1. Cancellations occurring more than two weeks prior to the start date of camp will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee and the associated processing fee.
2. Cancellations occurring less than two weeks prior to the start date of camp will not be eligible for a refund.
3. There are no refunds for a “no show” or if a camper leaves early due to homesickness, injury, or disciplinary reasons. There are no refunds once a session has started as all camp expenses have already been incurred.
4. Cancellations due to a documented medical reason or family emergency prior to camp will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee and the associated processing fee.
5. Merchandise cancellations are refundable as merchandise is only allowed to be sold to registered campers.
